Refund Policy

Generally speaking, if it can be proven by tangible or inferential evidence that an error was committed on our part, we will negotiate with you to determine how our action or inaction put you in a worst position than you would have been in otherwise. By using our site, you are agreeing to first attempt to resolve matters with us directly or via a mutually-agreed-upon mediator prior to taking any legal action against us. All exceptional refund requests must be made within a 20-day period; and the circumstances will dictate whether the refund will be full or partial.

NOTE WELL:

ONLY 85% of the smaller initial deposit is refundable if a product is not received. The 15% goes towards our processing and admin fees as a mitigating factor.
